HW Nagisa Kawamura

Today, I learned,"No success without effort."
I was grad to meet sophmore students because they gave me two lessons.

The first is that they are more active than me. They have got meny opportunities such as going study abroad,taking a part in international student forum and Russia-Japan youth conference. Therefore,they make big students network and communites among people in the world by themselves. This active motivation help them grow independently. I also perceived their thinking makes me grow.
Second,they study English hard.However they seemed enjoy it.For example,watching a movie in English,eating lunch with foreign students in cafe teria,memorizing a lot of English words using tiny English words notebook,and having English essay composition in E-Navi.Accordingly,they got a high score of TOEIC test because they make TOEIC study sessions by themseves and teach at library once a week.In my case, when I was a high school students,every Tuesday,I took English Communication skill class.Twice of month,this class gave me a speech test.It made me turned pale because I avoid of standing in front of audience. However,every day I thought about How I could enjoy presentation more.Therefore I practiced every day and invented my body language.I appreciate to my hard work for the final test,I became a best presenter in the class.With this experience,I started to keep in touch in English with friends in overseas.
In conclusion,It is necessary for us to take action by myself and study hard.

HW Makoto Minagawa

I learned from this class within last two weeks. It is importance of talking with confidence. 

In my case,It is hard for me to talk in public. My mind go blank as soon as I start my speech and always loses what I should speak if I practice presentation before the class. Since it's tence and there is not confidence. My teacher said "you talk with more confidence."

Second, I have heard such a story. People who are good at a speech have a common point. It is "having a clear theme" and "made to sympathize with in listener". President Obama's speech has been worldwide attention and the contents become a book. The theme was "Change!" and "Yes,We Can!" It strongly gave an impression on the heart of people. Clergyman King whom it is known by even that he used the word " I have a dream" by a speech is impressed people with it while having a clear theme. 

Finally, It is important give a speech mimicking the good part of the person who is good at a speech to convey what I wants to tell to listener. 

HW Yuki Ikeda

I learn from this class within last 2weeks. After having given a speech several times, I learned  "The speech is not in one and does it with a listener."

First, my speech was too short at the beginning. After a speech, a listener gave advice.Because I did not know what you added, the advice helped me. They said, "Should I not give other examples either?" I added contents based on advice. The contents thickened, and speech in itself became long, too.

Second, Even a speech after having added contents was too short. I had an excess of time, so silence continued. It is a listener then to have helped. They did a question and comment until a time limit was over.I was able to earn time and was able to convey the content, too.

Finally, The listener encouraged me whom a speech did not reach well. They said, "Good gesture! Try the next hard!" I said that I would try more.

In conclusion, I learned "The speech is not in one and does it with a listener." I was able to do it thanks to all. An opinion and the posture of the listener are important. I cannot give a good speech alone.

HW Nanami Shimizu

I learned from this class within last two weeks. It is if you don't move , you will can't start anything. 

For example, when  The chorus tournament did  in second grade of junior high school students. I was interested in conductor so, I tried to conductor. It was my first time experience. I was very excited . However, It was very difficult and very hard because I had to continue to raise the arm and  Conductor should require look objectively. Then Everyone helped me that I was trouble so, I became to integrate little by little. In tournament, we could  become the best of grade. I was so impressed. After the chorus tournament I said, " Thanks very much, the class is the best in all class. " I acted from their own that I was able to get a good experience.   

Therefore, To act on my self is very important.      You also let's acting together .

HW Yuta Maejima

I learned from this class within last two weeks. I am study for limited time, and I have to see things through to the end. People often said “A watched pot never boils.”
We are university student. I think ″My major is international so, I have to study various things.″ For example English, Spanish, French, Chinese,  Russian and so on. We can study a lot of languages for very well with good teacher. The other side not only studying languages but also I can study international studies. For example global issues, gender, dispute,  discrimination. There many problem in all over the world, and I must understand a lot of problems. Actually, I am Pressd for time. I have not much time because I must go to university ever day. To study English on the desk better than while reading word book on the train for me. These days I thought, “I dont have enoughtime!“ Im in a hurry. Its serious problems I think try to do too much, and impatient is not good. I must define the end, and I think try to go forward step by step calmy. It is easy to say to hard.

HW Ryuhei Kamiyama

I learned from this class within last two weeks. It is “I have to learn English speech ability”

In my case, I want to work in oversea. I had lived in Philippines and Brazil. Partially owing to that I have dream of oversea. I am learning English, Spanish and Portuguese. Spanish is likely to take the highest point. Portuguese I was talking in Brazil so easy to remember. However, English I was talking in Philippines but I can't speak well now. These days, I felt that it is not enough vocabulary for me. Vocabulary is important for my English. Although story changes a little, I was taught by Mr.Onuki. He said me, "Difficult is not exist for language." I think "That's right."

After graduate Tokai university, I want to advance graduate school. In order to realizes dream, to need linguistic ability. I would like to speak this three languages but I have to learn English speech ability first. That was because for advance graduate school need English ability. Then, someday I want to go studying abroad in 6 years about university and graduate school.

So my conclusion is English is to need eternally. Then, I want to realizes dream. My dream is working in Brazil. My dream work is volunteer about education. This things like Mr.Onuki's work. I respect him.

HW Chinatsu Yoshino

 I learned from this class within last 2 weeks. It is “challenge the works which you are not good at.” For example, when I was a junior high school student, I hated English. I could not tell general verbs and be verbs apart. I thought that adjectives and nouns were same kinds. I could not make one sentence with English. I was not good at studying English. So I hated it. I almost did not study English. I went to cram school for high shcool entrance exams before a half year to graduate from the junior high school. Cram school teachers were surprised. Because my English scholastic ability was the same as first year students in junior high school. They said “Have you ever studied English hard?” I thought that I must study when environment to study changed. I could not sloved questions in English little by little. I came to like English onely a little. I thought that I was not what I used to be. It became the confidence for me. It became pleasant for me to study English. 

 It is nonsense actions for me to get away from the works which I'm not good at. I want to challenge the works which I'm not good at.

Today I learned “If you take a action, You will notice that thinking is important.

 

In my case, When I was a third grade highschool student I learned English conversation skill. Twice of month, this class has speech test. It made me turned pale because I avoid of standing in front of audience. However, I thought every day “How can I talk more fun”. Therefore I practiced every day and invented body language skill. Thanks to my keep up, Final test I got a best score of this class.

 

Finally, I was glad to hear about many lessons from sophomore students. They had a success story and gave advice to me: How to get high score of TOEIC. Frankly speaking, They seemed to know how to study English with fun. For example, Mr. Ruji has good English listening skill because he often watch movie in English. I have poor English writing skill. So I started to keep in touch in English with friend Every day.

 

In my conclusion, thinking for a long time is not useless.

 

HW Nanako Tomii

I learnt three lessons from this class for the last two weeks. First, never to stop making effort. Second, don’t be defensive. Third, keep alert to get new and useful information. I write about the first point that is never to stop making effort.
In my case, I spoke about my lesson in last 2 classes. I had practiced the speech for the first occasion, so I was able to speak and use most of the given time. However, I talked unilateral, so it was hard for the audience to ask questions. Still, I thought it was a good that I practiced. In this class, Mr. Nakagawa, our teacher, said that all classmates would speak in the next class. Nevertheless, I didn’t practice much mainly because I was busy. I couldn’t get a sense of achievement. I learned that I shouldn’t have been satisfied by the first success, and I must not stop making effort.
In conclusion, using this lesson, I want to take actions for my future. First I try to do what I want to do. I never wonder if I study hard or not. Because I always focus on my goals.

I learn from this class within last two weeks. I learn two things, the time is important in first and second grade, and to be resourceful any time. 

 

First "The time is important in first and second grade", I heard this keyword from my superior students, I thought that I'll have more freetime in a third and fourth grade. So it was good for me hear this. Also my superior explain to me if you want to study abroad, you should  prepare your English or money in this two years. 

Second is what I feel in the speech, we had two or three weeks to prepare, but  in the speech I can't said what I prepare in this weeks. In the peparetion times I never thinks that in the speech I talk about myself in Spanish or French, but it helped to me in the speech.

So in my conclusion, is not all the preparation. I have to be more flexible and resourceful  to continue anything.

I learned from this class within last two weeks. After listening seniors talk, I learned"time is important". 

Many  seniors said that you should studied more at early time and they said "you are enable because listen to such a story at the first grader.

First, I was thought that campus life is very long so I am going to look for wanting to do slowly. However senior says that you should decide goal. If I think so that I have to do that do it.

Second,I listen to Korea music when I have free time but senior was said that "listen toeic sound"Because it is useful for me to listen toeic sounds in little time.

In my conclusion,time is important and all stories are good experience for me.

I learn from this class within last 2 weeks. It is ‘‘chance is not waiting for me.’’

For example, I had experience that I went study abroad England and Australia. This experience makes me strong. Then I learned my lesson, because in foreign country is couldn't communicate Japanese. Therefore I must use English. I challenge speak to my host family, so I could know a lot of things about England and Australia. Maybe if I make not action myself, I couldn't know it.

In England, I can make many friend. It's reason is I talked challenge a lot people. This chance is nothing, if I don't have courage.

In Australia, I loat my way. Then I was very nervous, but I'm lonely. This because I asked Australian about correct way. I said ‘‘Could you tell me the way to the balarat university.’’ If I don't make action, I couldn't go my destination.

In conclusion, If I make no action chance not come to me, so my lesson is chance is not waiting for me.

I learned from this class within last two weeks. After listening many seniors story, I learned “ Time is important ”
In my case, I thought college life is long. However, according to seniors, college life is very short. Because they want to do many thing. For example, study abroad and part time job and so on. As for me, I want to learn English by studying abroad. Therefore, it is necessary to study a lot from now. Also, I don't decided I want to do in the future. It is clear that I want to do in the future, and for that reason, where do the such should study abroad. I understand it is necessary that we consider the step to the last goal.

I learned from this class within last 2 weeks.It is "Study abroad is good experience"
For example,I had a experience that I study abroad in British but it was very short-term.So when I got used to an overseas life and I could speak English little, I had to came back to Japan. I was so sad and regrettable.This time,I heard the good story to seniors.She said that study abroad made me grew up.

So I want to study abroad again but for long-term.For the reason,I need a TOEIC score till next year. I think study abroad will good and precious experience for me. I can get flexible responce because stay in foreigh country, happening may occur.Moreover I can hear natural English and talk to local people.I think study abroad is good experience so I will go.

I learned from this class within last 2weeks. It is "change the many things" I have similar experience. 

First, When I was junior high school student, I started playing lacrosse. And now I continue playing lacrosse at Tokai university. The challenge will be made without fear of failure. I always thinking about how well play lacrosse. You know I'm so busy every day. I don't have time to study. But I must study hard to find the time. I don't want to quit not lacrosse because of the cannot study. I want to do both. I want to study English more. Also, I have a dream.

Second, In order to realize the dream. I want to experience a lot of things. Playing lacrosse, study abroad, study English and more. I want to challenge a variety of things. I also regret. I'll be okay. I should act. It's the same lacrosse. I want to study hard for my dreams. I'll do my best.

I learned "Listening to others person's experience lead my growth" from this class within last two weeks. 

In my case, I have an older sister. her name is "Reina". Reina is senior to me by five years. We get along very well.We often went to shopping,driving,eating out, and so on. We talk about each other worries. For example. When I was examinee, I lost furture course. I coudn't decided to go to Tokai university and Nihon university. Then, Reina talked me about her experience of her's Tokai university student life. It was very fun. Therefore I can decided to go to Tokai university. 

In this way, I listen to other's person experience, l simulate experience its.

I learned "Listening to other person's experience is important."

I learned from this class within last two weeks. It is "Connection with other people is important" I have similar experience. Today I'm writing about this story. 

First, When I was a high school student, I have four friends who relation is really good. They are so funny and kindness. I spent many wonderful time with them. For example,we ate big parfait after school,we went Osaka and we celebrate birthday each other. I really enjoy them. Friends are one of my treasure. 

Second,I was told experience by my senior. This experience story is useful for me. I want to go study abroad,but I don't know information. My senior said,"Action is important ." I get good information about over sea. Also, I heard another story. For example,how to study,love experience and life. All of them are useful for me. 

Third, I met many great teacher. They are really intelligent. Also,they teach and help me. I learnd a lot. They are very busy, but they are always all energy.  I respect them. I learnd not only study,but also life experience. 

In conclusion, I learned "connection with other people is important" Relationship is most important for me.

 I learn from this class within last 2weeks. It's a charenge is important. My sinior said me. "If you are not charenge, you can't get good experience. " I think so too. Also I have experience that I think good experience for me. For example, 

First, when I was elementary school student I was represented of the school in track and field contest. I felt mental strain and pressure. However, I decided to charenge this contest. Result,I was able to update the best record. I felt fulfillment and happy. 

Second,  when I was junior high school student I was action committee of sports festival. It is good experience for me. because I was not good at speaking in front of people. However, my role is teach gymnastics to everyone. So I taught gymnastic to everyone standing on the stage. After that I got to be able to speak in public. 

Third, when I was high school student. I experienced the bridal staff. I heard that bridal staff is very hard job. Actually I felt very busy and tired. However, I got the many things. For example, manner, honorific and hospitality. 

In my conclusion. Charenge is important. You can be a new discovery. Also all of the experience is a good influence for you.

What did I learn from this class within last 2 weeks.

I learned "painful+effort=approach the dream."

First, I belong to the dance club. I'm worried about  the my future. I carry on dance? I quiet dance? I have no time because In my free time, I worked to part-time job and study English. dance,study,part-time job. Should I selected which one? However Ms.Chiharu is same position for me. She said,"Never give up." I heard to a lot of good experience and about the future so I decided to work hard everyday.

Second, Speech was so bad because I change the topic at before the class and I forgot my speech sentence. I couldn't perfect speech. I'm show they only movie. Practice is not enough. 

In conclusion, I learned "painful+effort=approach the dream" I decided work hard everyday!!! 

HW Chinatsu Yoshino

  After reading textbook, I learned one lesson. It is  “being healthy is important.” I have similar experience. If you are sick, how is your state of mind? I'm probably so bad.  

  First, I played with my friends everyday during last summer vacation. Also, I often worked part-time job. When I worked part-time job, I talked fighting with part-time job's members. I didn't know the reason why I was angry. I went my home only to sleep. So I didn't get along with my family. I was so tired.

  Second, after summer vacation, I was sick. I thought many things. For example, my family, friends, part-time job and so on. When I was tired, there was no room in my heart. I couldn't think about myself and yourself. 

   In conclusion, if I'm healthy, I can think about myself and yourself. Now my family is close. So being healthy is important.

I learned how important it was to keep on trying and not give up. 

In my case, I have diet experience too. However, appetite did not stop and abandoned it. It has led to a rebound. Also I have success story. 

First, I belonged to the dance club when I was high school student. With the goal of winning the championship at a meeting, I practiced with members a lot. The practice menu was very hard, and there was the sever training to dance in 13 times of continuations. However, there was the result of the practice and we were able to take the first place in meeting wonderfully! Not only an impression, but also it depened the bond with the member. I'm proud that I was able to fight without giving it up on the way when I do not get along well. And this leads to the nature that continues doing things.  

Second, I have to learn many things for the future. For example, I work part-time job and learn a social manner while working there. I'm sometimes scolded, but can grow up because I can notice my bad point. I think that it is to helpful very much when I will work in the future. I want to try it hard without giving it up.

And I study foreign languages in Tokai

 university. I study English,Chinese and Korean. I'll study hard and study abroad and want to keep it alive at the time of job hunting. Therefore I must make an extra effort and successful. It is all for my future. 

Finally, I noticed that it is important to do the best for own future and you create your own future by what you do today.

 After reading a textbook, I learned listen. "It is important to continue to try" When I was 12 years old junior high school student, I started playing Lacrosse.

 First, I belong to Lacrosse club from junior high school student. The reason for including the Lacrosse, because I didn't know Lacrosse and I wanted to try. Lacrosse is very difficult sports for me. And dangerous. It is also difficult rules. I was trying to give up several times. But I still continued to playing Lacrosse at Tokai university.

 Second, Now there are practice almost everyday. I'm always so tired and sleepy. But I have a goal. I want to win. I aim to students in Japan. I always thinking about how well play lacrosse. And my coach said ”It's important for us that challenge the many things. You are not afraid of failure." I think this is important for me.

 Third, I had to tell it that it is important to continue many times to try. There is a meaning in everyday practice. To do this, to play while thinking at every practice. I'll do my best.

Today, I learned “you should try many things to success”.I have three reasons.

First, we can’t lead a successful life without trying.

In my experience when I was a little girl I took many lessons, swimming,Kumon,cooking,hula,English skill. I couldn’t improve my skill but

now everyday I’m interested in many things.

 

Second trying need effort. I have played piano since 2004. Every December I have a piano concert. Usually I started to practice piano in Summer vacation for appear on stage. However last summer I have an admission exam. Therefore last year I stated out late. At first I think to give up. Though, I changed my mind “It’s useless to give up without effort.” I had to practice each and every day: one corner, one phrase, one page. On the day, I well done because while did it I believed my self. It my treasure up in my memory.

 

Finally, Your effort help your friends. In my case, while I was a highschool student I practiced singing in a Chorus club. Sometimes my friends had trouble music scores. However I had playing the piano since 2004, so I was able to read and teach how to read them.So my club had a good atmosphere every day.

In conclusion, keep trying leads to success.

My lesson after read text book is to be methodical.

I'm a person who is so far about this word "methodical". However I trying to Change this. I have three reason why  I

have to change.

One of them is, because I want to get high score in the TOEIC. I'm studying vocabulary very hard to get more than 730 point. Also I have others Homework that I have to do. So I practicing manager my time, but the TOEIC is not only which I want to do in this three or four years.

Second reason is, the second language I'm studying French. So my goal is pass French test DELF b1 or b2. For this I'm studying like a English, basic vocabulary.

Third reason, I can speak Spanish but I can't write or read like a Japanese. So I want to get better my Spanish level, 

Also I want pass Spanish test DELE b1or

C1 I'm reading Spanish book and writing a dairy. 

In my conclullion, I think that if I can be methodical and manager my time good, I can do it.

After reading textbook, I learned one lesson. It is "important that to challenge anything". In my case, I experienced it.

First, to act alone. I have never unrelated to play exercise before, because music only I did not play anything until now. However there is only interested in the Yosakoi so I wanted to try doing. Therefor I went to visit alone with courage.It is a club that met precisely because acted alone.

Second, to act standing position as a leader. I joined junior orchestra Hamamatsu, then I became a leader. Why I become on leader, because I wanted to continue to improve this organization. Leader's work is very hard for me. For example, It is that it was talk with people of the the secretariat for the future of the policy...etc. it was very difficult. However it was very worth doing.

These experience made me strong. In the future, I want to challenge to a variety things and I want to be a strong person to proceed to my way without hesitation.

After reading textbook. I leaned “Way to success is patiently and surely”.

 

In my case, when I cooked a cake on Christmas, I failed. Because I made it hastily to be in time for dinner, sponge cake was not burnt well. This is because it hurries, and materials were not correct. You had to remake it after all. It has taken time even more. In addition, I have been going to change the kind of the cake because materials had disappeared. I wasted much time and materials by having hurried.It is full of waste.

Waste increases if I hurry, and the completeness falls. Even diet is to be able to say.

HW Nanami Shimizu

After reading a text book, I learned one lesson. Companion is very important for me. I had second  experience. 

First, I had been played badminton since junior high school students. I was played badminton in total about five years. I will talk about my partner and my friends when I was high school students. The picture is district tournament. First game, I didn't move in tension. However, my parent gave me encouraging to put the shoulder. Then, she said " take it easy " 

Moreover, my friends told me to cheer us.      I was out the courage. The result, we can win the tournament. I was winning the third place.

Second, the chorus tournament in junior high school. I had  interested in conductor so, I tried to conductor in second grade of junior high school. It was my first time experience. It was very difficult and very hard. Conductor should require look objectively. Everyone helped me when I was trouble so, I became to integrate little by little. In tournament, we could  become the best of grade. I'm very happy so, I was excitement. I thought we can succeed by working with companion. 

In conclusion, companion is an important presence for me.

After reading textbook. I learned lesson Never give up

In my case, when I was junior high school student I went to "Ra-men JIRO" at first time.Ra-men JIRO is cheap and big and delicious ra-men. 

First, I can not eat this restaurant the most small size Ra-men. It was so annoyed and I decided to not go to this restaurant. However one month later I came back to JIRO because JIRO has toxic but I can not eat the most small size again. I was so angry. From there ahead I go to JIRO every week. I tried small size and I began to gradually larger size.

Finally I can eat second from the top now. However I'm not satisfaction. I would like to eat most big size!!!!!!!!!

IFirst story."You only live once."

Matt Jungeman is a great person.While I am still learning english language, Matt was so patient to help and protected me. On my first day of school, Matt asked me where my classes were and made sure I got there okay.He used call me "My Asian Brother"...in turn I called him "My American Brother.I loved trying to teach him  some japanese.Each day I would tell him different words,and then he'd practice using them. Matt was always very kind to me and   would even give me rides home.He often would meet at West Jordan Recreation center and we would play basketball. He'd always ask me to stay and watch his lacrosse games.I stayed when I could, he was an amazing player.R.I.P Matt jungemann you are great kid and will never fogotten.

My birthday is day before Adam colosimo birthday.

I remember two years ago.Adam gave me a basketball Tshirt.

i'm still same size but i'm not gonna use any more because i just keep it for memories.Adam help me a lot.one day,i miss last free throw then JV team lost by one point.i was cry that time but he cheer up me then Varsity team beat wasachi.one game i got two technical foul but i really don't know why? i almost cry on basketball game because it was upset to me.at Desert hills.

Adam and teammate cheer up for me.Adam always make me smile!

After reading textbook , I learned  lesson “ It is important that I enjoy with my friends and my family”
In my case , first , my favorite artist is AAA. My family also like it. Therefore I go to live with my family and we enjoye together. Though have quarrel every day, that time can be enjoyed together. For example , I went to live in Nihonbudoukan with family at this month. I have often quarrel with my mother, and I was from the morning that day. However I enjoyed together as what was also not when live begins.
Second I have any good friends. When I was junior high shool student , I am member of softball club. When I was one year  student that summer I broken my bones of the ankle. It was a time of strife and regular position battle. I was very impatient , but my team mates had me encouragement , and it was very helpful.
Also, when the game was not out good results, it was committed encouragement in everyone when you could not I wanted play. For this reason,  I did not have to fall more than necessary. Always it was roasted in a positive, because there was a companion to enjoy.

After reading textbook, I learned lesson. Diet is difficult. However, I have not tried diet. It is because I am skinny. I have been trying debuet . I have beginning debuet since April. I go up 5kg weight compared with April. In my case, I have baseball games and training camp in this weekend in Shirako. Shirako is located in Chiba. I ate many food in this camp. Normal amount side dishes and plateful rice. After that, I feeling becomes worse, it become vomit. I thought in should not and doesn't in moderation. The next day, I have baseball games. It was bad a little condition. However, I want to be more fat because I want to raise the performance.

In my conclusion, I learned debuet is difficult too, and I have to be normal body. Indeipensable a lot of foods in my life. Then, I want someone to make a meal.

I learned lesson.Health is important.Because I was hospitalized for 3weeks last month.Hospital is very boring and many free times. But I can't do nothing because I have a fever high and headaches. So I spent boring time for 3weeks. And hospital's food is bad and very light taste. Every day drink milk,eat healthy food. So I got thinner and grew taller 2cm. Thus I thought that health is important. However many friends was visited my hospital room. I am very glad. And I thought that friend is very important too.

  After reading a text book, I learned one lesson. It is "keep on trying"I have similar experience. Today, I writing about this story. That is my club activities story when I was a high school student. 

  First year, I started to playing tennis. Tennis is too difficult for me. I can't even hit a ball.I feel that racket is so heavy.   My hand is hurt and tired. In addition,my body and mind was broken by many practice. However, I continue to playing tennis. 

  Second year, I can hit the ball,but I annoyed that I can't won the game. I think I continued think about the game. 

I can't won the game,for I was not able to get a serve game. Then, I practice serve a lot. I think serve is most important for tennis game. 

  Third year, I can won the game many times. When I get the service game, I say"come on!" in my heart. Also, I enjoy the hard game. Enjoy is important thing for my life,and I was enjoying sport. 

In my conclusion, I learned "keep on trying " Also,sport is important for my life.In happend because I got used to ordinary life. 

HW Sae Nishikawa

After reading textbook. I leaned keep trying is important. Because Many people  trying something's in my life. However, people does not succeed from the beginning.  So keep trying is important.

I have similar experience. 

First, when I was high school student I was American football manager for three years. I have about three roles.  It's health management of players, time keeper and taping. I felt most difficult role is taping. Because I don't have taping skills. 

Second, I practiced taping everyday and my coach taught taping for me. After the club activity, I winding taping repeated many many times. However, I'm clumsy and failed many times. So my coach said me. "Taping have not wrinkles. Be careful wrinkles and direction of wind. " it's most difficult point for me. So I wind taping many times. Then I grab the point.

Third, After the six month join the club, I completed taping. Also I can wind many kinds of taping. For example, ankle, finger, knee, wrist, heel and so on. I felt fulfillment.

In my conclusion, it is good experience for me. So keep trying is important. People got the used to ordinary life.

HW Miwa Sawada

  I learned communication and do not afraid of making mistake is very important things.Because if I am afraid and not challenge myself to new things,my life will be boring and I can not grew up.However many experience is enriches my life. So I want to try various things in university and communicate with a lof of foreign students in English. There are three experience in England.
   First,when I was a high school students, I went to England to English study about for two weeks.I did homestay,shared the room of two Chinese girls and I went to school by bus and walk to everyday by myself. At first,I was so nervous and wanted to come back to Japan.Because at that time,I did not have any confidence in my English.
   Second,one day I was on my way home from school,I lost my way back.I was panic and at a loss.However,in that way it was not, so I called up courage, showed home adress and asked the way to local people. I was desperately.Although local people were very kind.
   Finally,another day,after school,we went to disco activity with Chinese and Russian students. It was so fun.So I wanted to make friends with them so I spoke to them and took picture together.
   In conclution,these experience made me grew up.Communication and do not afraid of mistake is very important things for me.So I want to challenge of many things in university.

After reading textbook, I learnt lessons. It is keeping health is given fun to us. If you are sick, your life is boring.

In my case, after graduated from high school, I went to nursing school in Yokohama. I wanted to be Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders). This photo is capping ceremony for newly qualified nurses. First year students swear by Florence Nightingale, we study hard to be good nurse, we always stay with patient and their families.

Nursing school curriculum was very hard to me. From first class to forth class, Monday through Friday, I studied human body, the methods of nursing, format care record, receive training at hospital for instance.

In nineteenth winter, first year students had to receive training at hospital for two week. I had to do many things, but I couldn’t finish it because my capacity had reached limit. I slept three hours total in three days for I recorded about my patient, so I got mentally ill. I was absence from school and leaving school. I stayed in house all day. I even went to mental care hospital and take medicines. I blocked myself from LINE and deleted nursing school classmates. I didn’t contact my junior high school friends, high school friends and until recently.

For three years until last April, my life was boring and no fun at all. Therefore I didn’t talk except my family and my best friend, and I didn’t laughed. Also my weight has gone down by seven kilograms compare with when I was eighteenth. The reason why is that I ate one or two times a day a little. Now I become a student, I have where I’m going to everyday, have been talking to many people everyday, and I’m taught international relations, French and English from good teacher with my good classmates. I know it is excellent, and I’m happy.

 

In conclusion, I know broken mental care is difficult. Actually, I sometime have scary nightmares about my nursing school life. Good health consist not only by physical but also mental. I write serious and heavy my lesson because I want you to keep my physical health and mental health better.

In my case I have similar experience.Last month  I got motor cycle driving license. However I had  serious problem. You may know that, when car training usually you have to with car trainer because you can drive on the road, and they will  tell you about how to drive on the road. For example overtaking car look road sign. Motor cycle training dont use public road. It is use only training road. When I got motor cycle license I have never driven on the road because I was scared and its dangerous.  I thought If I don't try it I'll never know, and I had a lot of drive. Actually I fell little scare, but fell more fun.  for example fell fresh wind look beautiful view at night. I can go to a lot of place. For example Yokohama TOKAI university Yokosuka.   It is not difficult for me. last week I have driven over 300km for two weeks . I thought I can't start without try.

When I was gone Okinawa by my high school trip.I was scuba diving in the sea of Okinawa. It was makes me anxiety because it was the first time, but instructor taught me the way of scuba diving. It was easy for me because I could that soon. Im very surprised because Okinawa in the sea is very beautiful. I was able to look a little far, and fishes passes near the my face. Thats amazing! If you can be a scuba diving you will get good experience, and surprised in sight of  the sea. so I recommend scuba diving

Above all, a carp and a dace, the dace have many reports that they were able to catch.

Today I learned “my eyes know truth”

For example I went to Korea when I was 16 years old.

Before went there Japanese news told “Korean people hate Japanese”.
I didn't want to believe that liking Korean drama, I love Korean culture but When I heard the news I afraid of traveling to Korea. However I decided to go to Korea ,for I want to know how do Korean think about Japanese.

I had a lot of good memory there. The first day, Korean girl asked me “Do you know An Jung Gun?” I heard the name but the then I couldn’t remember him…He assassinated Hirobumi Ito, and now he admired Korean. Final day, the girl said “before I met you I disliked Japanese people because my mother taught me Japanese people is bad person ,but I changed reflection on Japanese ,and I want to go to Japan someday”.
As time passed, I would like to know other countries, and .understanding global news.
This April, I started international studies. I make a bid for the future!!!
